🧑‍💻 What do you do at Daveus?

As managing director, I am responsible for the successful operation of the company. It is important to me that we are a strong team that shapes our success with a lot of fun and motivation. I bring in new customers and partners and maintain these partnerships. I actively contribute my experience and my product and consulting know-how to projects and provide targeted support to the team. I enjoy sharing my knowledge to further build the technical strength of the entire team. For me, customers, partners, and suppliers are an important ecosystem for successful collaboration. Therefore, open and honest communication is very important to me in order to create long-term partnerships and effective solutions that bring benefits.

👀 How would your colleagues describe you in three words?

They would probably say: empathetic, pragmatic, and customer-oriented.

👟 Sneakers or dress shoes?

Both—it always has to be appropriate for the occasion.

🎵 What is your personal “go-to song”?

There isn't just one song. It always depends on my mood and where I am in life – the important thing is that the lyrics/songs move me. Old songs – very current songs are all included. Important: good lyrics and distinctive voices. I really like Maria Mena (a Norwegian artist) – but also local musicians like Johannes Oerding. There isn't just one song, but many.

👤 Which fictional character would you like to swap places with for a day?

With a nature lover and cool guy like Felix Neureuther, for example—to do something completely different from “normal” life, preferably in nature and something sporty.
