Hi, I’m Annika 👋
Head of HR & Administration
I support companies with a broad administrative skill set—from HR and accounting to administrative tasks, marketing, and sales.
I see myself as a central organizational pillar in the background, ensuring that processes run smoothly and teams can concentrate on their core tasks.
With a high degree of personal responsibility, structure, and overview, I manage operational issues reliably, proactively, and with the aim of always providing the best possible support.
A word, please! ☺️
Annika is a full-blooded mom with green fingers, wanderlust, and a sweet tooth—always on the move, whether on two wheels or four hooves!
👩💻 What do you do at Daveus?
As Head of HR and Administration at Daveus, I am responsible for the entire administrative area and am usually the first point of contact on the phone. I provide support with a broad range of administrative skills – from HR and accounting to administrative tasks, marketing, and sales. I see myself as a central organizational pillar in the background, ensuring smooth processes and supporting the team.
👀 How would your colleagues describe you in three words?
Warm-hearted, inquisitive, and sometimes a little scatterbrained.
👟 Sneakers or dress shoes?
I prefer to wear sneakers—with my height, high heels make me look like a stork in a salad—with less balance and significantly more potential for tripping.
🎵 What is your personal “go-to song”?
"Loco Contigo – J. Balvin / Spanish music is motivating because it conveys pure joie de vivre – even on gray days, it brings energy to the mind and movement to the body. Michael Jackson – Stranger in Moscow / Michael Jackson's songs shaped my childhood: real music – powerful melodies, distinctive beats, and emotions that get under your skin.
👤 Which fictional character would you like to swap places with for a day?
I would like to swap places with Hermione Granger for a day – because she shows how much easier many things can be with a clever mind and a little magic. A little magic could make life so much easier. And she always combines reason and heart – a perfect mix for making the world a better place.
